Yes, bath & body works has one of THE BEST exchange policies! As long as it’s the same item (ex: foaming hand soap, same size) u can exchange at any point, for any different scent. I do it all year round.

I would say it varies by store. Mine wouldn’t let me do item for item, I had to pay the difference if I wanted to swap it bc handsoaps weren’t on sale that week so my soap I was exchanging rang up at lowest price and the soap I wanted was full price. I declined.

I haven’t ever gotten an email coupon and I signed up for all of the mailing lists. I get all of the “first look” emails. I didn’t even get an email about this sale. Years ago, I used to get all of the coupons and then I unsubscribed because we had enough stuff for three families. I thought subscribing again would put us back on the coupon list.

I just went today and the new fall soaps are amazing!!! If you’re hesitant go! They have some awesome new scents that are peach like, berry, pumpkin etc. I didn’t need more soaps but I’m so glad I went! TY!!
