   I’m not seeing the Elmer’s glue in my ad, Crayola crayons nor the Bic pens. I know ads vary by region. Anyone else not seeing or seeing these in their ad?

   My store’s ad has the scholastic crayons at 3/99c NOT crayola ones. Cheapie crayons are 25 cents at Walmart.

  The OfficeMax in my town said they are sold out of everything – even the things in today’s ad. Had no idea if backpacks were $10 then tried to sell me one for $130! Hard pass on that!

   I went to Office Depot today and the sign at the store backpack display said every backpack $29.99 and under is only $10. All the others are 25% off. I bought one of the $10 backpacks but had to tell the cashier about the deal because it rang up $29.99. He said he didn’t know about the deal and I asked him to walk over to the display with me where there were multiple signs. He had to get a manager to override the price. I thought it was odd that no one seemed familiar with the deal despite in store signs. So just a warning to make sure your $10 backpack rings up correctly! (Once the cashier saw the sign he had no problem giving me the discount.)
