   FYI if you don’t have the app request your prize to be mailed. I was told all subsequent wins would also be mailed after I registered my address the first time.
   I won many times.
   Then I stupidly downloaded the app and a few days later ALL my wins showed up in the app.
   40 days to redeem.
   BUT
   They can be redeemed by MOBILE ORDER ONLY
   and
   the store across the street doesn’t take MOBILE ORDERS and I’d have to drive over 8 miles to another location to pick up a mobile order.
   It’s only 110 outside, no problem…. no seriously, I’m mad.

  My closest mobile order BK is over 70 miles away. I called BK about problem and the said they would contact me by email. I did fill out form early on but all my wins are on the app except for the one whopper I won. I don’t think I will ever see any coupons by mail. It says in the rules that coupons may be used at counter or through mobile.

  Works better I’m in Columbia City by fortwayne rn they let you use up to five and don’t scan em cause they don’t either 😂I get a free Whopper and fry and drink everyday

   I tried to set up an account on the BK app to get my rewards and it says my email is invalid. I contacted BK customer service and they were of no help.

   I did request that one item I won be mailed to me but when I won again, it stated that the email is on file already. I’m very confused and frustrated.

    Thanks for posting! I tried when the promo first started and never saw the coupons appear on my app. After checking for a couple of weeks I gave up. Now they are there! My kids will enjoy all the free snacks and I’ll start playing the game again! 😉

  My winnings aren’t showing up, either. Can anyone tell me where in the BK app they might show up? I checked in the Stranger Things participation history and it says “You have no rewards at the moment” and I also checked in the regular BK Offers section (where all the coupons show up) and nothing there, either. Since the game entry seems to be ended now, I am wondering what might be happening with my several days of loot!

    This sweepstakes is an absolute EMBARRASSMENT for Burger King. I entered via the free method daily and have won over 30 items since June 22nd. Not ONE prize has ever showed up on my app. Also, others may have found out by now that the greedy corporate scum of Burger King have outsourced their call center 100 percent to India. I called multiple times there and they are not able to help at all and just say to look at the rules of the sweepstakes online. I guarantee Burger King has lost thousands of customers over this very poor planning (including me) and no solution for thousands of people never getting there rewards. What a joke of a onlinepany.

    It gets worse… all the prizes i won that finally appeared in the app disappeared once August rolled around even though the rules say they are redeemable through 8/31. The response from help (twice) even after I pointed out the rules :

    “We apologize for the experience. The promotion has expired.Please relaunch the app and be ready for the next promotion.”

    Also… the darn sundae machine was always broken whenever I tried to redeem one.

    For the past 2 months, I have been checking my mailbox or my USPS Informed Delivery repeatedly for my free food coupons. After checking here last week, I had basically given up. And then this morning I checked my e-mail and see that they decided to do right by us after all and emailed me an e-gift card for my free food I never got my mail. Its for $35 and I have until December 5th, two months to use it. I had started to regret participating in this promotion but now I’m so happy I did it. How much did you guys get?

  I won multiple food items, and I’ve never received any coupons by mail or email. (Yes, I checked my spam folder.) I did receive a BK T-shirt that I won.
  I contacted Coke since the sweepstakes was posted on their site, and they told me to contact Burger King. I did, and I’ve never received a reply after several weeks.
  At this point, I’ll give up. But it is frustrating because I don’t often win prizes, and I was excited about this one!
