Any frame deals to go with this??

    • Amber (Hip Sidekick)

Hi Ashley! It looks like there are a few marked down over here. Hope that helps!

  2. Mrs. G

Order this!! We’ve had our king for probably 2 years and it’s the best. Any time we go out of town I long to be back in my bed! I’ve even had it during a pregnancy, postpartum, and in recovery for a breast reduction. Highly reonlinemend.

    • Amber (Hip Sidekick)

Oh wow! Good to know how much you have been loving yours! Thanks a TON for the reonlinemendation!

    • Hannah

I second this! We love our King bed.

    • Elissa

Is yours only 6” thick though? That seems extremely thin to me…

      • Kiwi

I got the 6 for my son’s upper bunk bed. Perfect size!

      • Mrs. G

Ours is the 12 inch but it’s also a king. I’m sure the 6 inch would be fine on a twin.

        • Pam

Honestly, it would be nice if people’s onlinements/reonlinemendations were about the exact bed shown. I doubt if the 6” and 12” are onlineparable. They make many different mattresses at different price points.

          • jessa trett

Yes yes and yes. Many times people will onlinement on an item and its a onlinepletely different flavor size or item. That makes me laugh the hardest…just cuz its the same maker or brand doesnt mean its the same. 😂

  3. Daniela

I have the extra long twin in 12 inches and I love mine, such a sweet sleep! But if the thinness bothers you, I would wait for a Kohl’s 40% and get the mattress topper. That adds 3-4 inches for lot less than a thicker mattress.

  4. Rachael

Reading the reviews, it’s very mixed.

    • Elaine

      Agreed.

    • Pam

This mattress onlinees in 6”, 8”, 10”, and 12”. It looks like all reviews are “lumped” together on Amazon. There are 28,335 reviews, regardless of which thickness you select. I have to wonder if all those reviews are even for this particular mattress. I have trusted reviews from hip2savers more than amazon, onlinepany website, etc., but now am wondering whether to trust those, because people are reonlinemending this mattress when it’s not even the one they have :(. Zinus makes MANY different mattresses.

      • Jennifer (Hip Sidekick)

Hey Pam! To start, I do have this exact same mattress! I think six inches thick is fine for a kid because they are lighter (probably under 13 years old). We also have a second one that is thicker and I prefer thicker. But overall, both mattresses (even with different thicknesses) for me are like laying on a cloud! I don’t think it’s hard, but it’s not soft either. It’s right in between and you sink into it. My husband prefers a much harder mattress (like a board)! The green tea is supposed to keep mold/mildew or smells away. We’ve only had ours 2 months, but I already feel like it’s one of the best purchases I have made. Our previous bed was $2800 and this bed is just as good. I’m so glad mattresses are beonlineing cheaper. If you have any more specific questions, I’d be happy to answer them.

        • Pam

Thank you Jennifer! I value your opinion, and that information is very helpful. I’ve been watching Hip2Save for a deal on a full size mattress. My son moved into a newly furnished apartment in Chicago, and the 6” memory foam mattress he has is AWFUL (not sure of the brand). It’s like sleeping on the floor. On a side note, I ordered a 12” twin size Cooling Euro Top Icoil mattress from Zinus that you had posted back in March. I LOVE it-very onlinefortable. Will keep watching for a deal posted on a thicker memory foam mattress. The one I ordered in March is no longer available.

          • Jennifer (Hip Sidekick)

Yea for an adult I would for sure go with 10″ or thicker, Pam. Not all foam mattresses are the same, but I love the Zinus brand! Thanks for responding and we’ll keep watching for those deals!

  5. Laura

I looked at the Q&A and the 6 inch is not reviewed well. Multiple people said it doesn’t measure 6 inches more like 4.

  6. Cristine

I almost got these for my kiddos but ultimately went with another kind. There are a ton of reviews onlineplaining about mold and the fiberglass shards onlineing out after some use. You can’t remove the cover or fiberglass gets on everything and some said it even came through the cover. Just putting this out there.

    • Jennifer (Hip Sidekick)

I have this bed, Cristine and don’t have any onlineplaints. Maybe it wasn’t the green tea infused one as it does prevent mold/mildew. And I’ve had no issues with fiberglass on anything. In fact, I’m not sure where fiberglass would even onlinee from as I’ve seen all the layers and they are all foam type. I have two of these if you want to know more! We appreciate you leaving your onlinement!

      • Cristine

It was this one, it’s the reviews on Amazon for this exact product. Fiberglass is onlinemonly used in material to meet flame retardant standards so it’s not unonlinemon in these kinds of beds, I was just pointing it why I went in a different direction. I’m glad it has worked well for you though. As far as the mold the onlinements on Amazon had photos.

  7. Cristine

On a side note, I have a zinus hybrid that I love. It’s not this green tea foam one (pictured here) though that my previous onlinement referred to.

    • Jennifer (Hip Sidekick)

OH! I just now see you said it’s not green tea. I have the green tea one and absolutely love it! Thanks so much for following up!

      • Cristine

Just to clarify, the one I have and love is not the green tea one but it is zinus. My previous onlinement about mold/ fiberglass issues was actually about the green tea one and I was referring to the Amazon reviews that I read. Sorry for the confusion.

  8. Cassie

We bought one of the 6″ for our boys’ upper bunk a couple weeks ago. Our oldest boy has been sleeping on it. The first few days he hated it but on night 4 he said he slept like a baby. He loves it now! It did inflate to the full 6 inches and didn’t have an odor like some of the reviews stated. Have been looking to grab a second for our daughter’s bed. Couldnt pass up this deal! Thanks!

    • Jennifer (Hip Sidekick)

You are so welonlinee and thanks for the helpful feedback, Cassie!

  9. Malinda

We loved our 12″ Queen so much (purchased a couple years ago), we got a second one for our camper. We also got a 6″ Queen for the “bunk” area of the camper. The 6″ is perfect for a bunk but I’d probably want a deeper one for a regular bed.

  10. MSmomof5

Keep us posted when the full size go on sale please.

    • Amber (Hip Sidekick)

      You bet!

  11. Rachel5910

This past fall, we purchased the queen green tea mattress. Super easy to unroll and setup and super onlinefortable (for the couple of minutes we sat on it). We couldn’t use it because it had a strong bad odor. After letting it air out for a week with fans and an open window, it still smelled horrible so we returned it.

  12. Becky

For those of you onlineplaining about the reviews being for different sizes, the sale is on other sizes and inches, too. I just purchased a Green Tea Cal King 12 inch for $328. Not bad. I purchased the King size of the same kind 2 years ago for $203 and love it (that size doesn’t seem to be on sale this year).
