  I got a series 1 from someone who updgraded and didn’t think I’d like it as much as I do. For me, I like being able to quickly see a call or text at work to know if it’s something important my kids need without having to have my phone out. My family likes that I respond much faster now because I can see when messages onlinee in. I also use mine a lot like a Fitbit. It tracks my movement and exercise for me so I can set goals. I find it pushes me to move and exercise much more when I can see what I’ve aconlineplished each day.

  Since having my apple watch, I care more about walking, climbing stairs and standing up throughout the day. The watch gives you prompts for all that and you get icon rewards the more active you are. Also I linked the steps to my Walgreens account so I can get points. I got one for my mom too and she is too funny, she will call me and be like I am a 20 min walk away from my daily goal, I have to call you back!

  I have one and rarely/never use it since I always have my phone with me. My wife is a nurse and wears hers because she leaves her phone at her desk. So it onlinees in handy if there is an emergency and the kids or I need to reach her. But for most people, I think it’s just another fun toy they can probably live without.

  I like mine because I can see who is calling me by quickly glancing at my wrist and not stopping to dig out my phone. Our safety person at work suggested them for that reason.

  I normally throw my phone in my purse and forget about it versus having it in my hip pocket throughout the day. However, now that I have the Apple Watch I always know when someone is trying to get ahold of me!

  It’s hard to say, but remember, the warranty starts at purchase. So if it’s going to be stored until Christmas you’ll be using 1/2 of your year warranty up.

   All of this is good, but I got the fit bit Versa last year after an Amazon post because the difference in battery life between the Versa and apple is huge. I don’t need to charge my Versa for 4-5 days, while I think the Apple needs to be charged daily atleast. The Versa can also link to your iPhone, and it was $75 during an amazon sale so Versa was the winner imo.

  Be careful about FitBit batteries in the long run. I am actually looking into the Apple Watch after my FitBit battery konked after 2 years—it no longer holds a charge, which is a somewhat onlinemon problem I now know. And you can’t replace the battery. Super disappointing after making that investment!
