   Hi,
   Like I mentioned my experience in the Physician formula post about getting free product using coupon….will target accept coupons of higher value to give products for free.
   Yesterday they did not accepted either the paper coupon or applied the cartwheel coupon for the Physician Formula lip product. Said they cannot do a 0 value transaction.

  Oh bummer, Soma! Target won’t ​accept coupons for free items with no purchase requirements but there is nothing in their coupon policy that we’re aware of that prohibits them from allowing a $0 value transaction. Even if that were the case, they should have accepted either the coupon or the Cartwheel offer. So sorry you weren’t able to snag the deal. You might try asking at Customer Service if that ever happens again.

  I checked with customer care and I had a online chat as well….they initially said they will. Refund it if I place an order…

  After I did….they replied back saying they cannot apply the coupon as the price of the product is less than the coupon cost…and instead issued a $1 gift card…

  Everything above is corresponding to physician formula lippie….hope it helped and hope it did not messed up my relationship with them.

   Will it work on 1$ wet n wild lipsticks found in Walmart/Target.
