   Just came back from our local store and they would not honor the $3 price. They had a few soaps 50% off and the remainder were 5/$23. They had already pulled a lot of the sale stuff and put it in the back or their store. Very disappointed. We were looking forward to stocking up today.

  Bummer, Amie Anderson! I went into my local store today – Saturday the 6th and they were doing the $3 in-store soaps and was able to use the $10/$30 coupon. You may want to call your store today and ask.

  I went to a different store this morning and same thing. Soaps 5/$23. I showed her the promo online so she did call another local store in Cincinnati and they weren’t doing it either. Waited for her to call another Cincinnati store and she was told they were the “test” store doing $3 soaps. Out of 10 stores in the city, only 1 is allowed to sell them for $3!

    Boohoo! Went to bbw store only to find out they dont have $3 soap but 5for$23! They said that was back then during semi annual sale. So thats more than $4 per handsoap. Ugh no way! Went home empty handed lol.

  It’s probably different with each store. I called my local BBW and they said it’s $3 hand soap day today. So I’m assuming it’s all or at least, most of the soap. I wouldn’t buy if it’s 5/$23, even with $10 off.

    Can I ask if anyone else is having issues with online orders once they are received? I did a large order with the last promotion and received 1) a box we cannot figure out how it arrived to me as all pertinent info was smudged beyond recognition (more on that later) 2) Almost half my order was missing 3) No invoice and 4 ) one of the bottles of fragrance had let loose over the entire contents!! I also believe the fragrance had spilled BEFORE shipment and that is what caused the label to be unreadable (it was encased in plastic and tape otherwise, so further damage was imposssible. While BBW was gracious about replacing all loss and damage when our box arrived today….packed the same way!! Caps to fragrance were off and cracked and very little packing material , allowing for free fall and tumbling of the heavier items.

    We had received a seriously damaged delivery previously but honestly thought it was a fluke. Ordered a beautiful snowflake scent-light that was tossed in with about ten heavy bottles of lotion etc. and not one ounce of protection so it arrived smashed. I would think they would be tired of replacing this amount of loss…I mean the beauty boxes from Target onlinee with any liquid bottles taped securely shut for shipping.

    Any thoughts ?
