yep, this happens to me too. so annoying. sometimes i have to clear my cookies and then this happens where it asks me to revalidate my phone number. today, for the first time, my cell number didn’t work. i have a standard plan with tmobile, not a prepaid plan, and in theory, it should be fine. normally, i do get a text message right away with a validation code, but today… nothing. i tried again and then it said it couldn’t accept my number or some such bs. i went to the help section at coupons.online but it’s onlineplete crap. the information is not helpful and when i try my home number that doesn’t work either. they don’t really give you a reason why. i’ve never had my cell number not work before. now i can’t print anything at all. and i’m a responsible user, i don’t copy coupons, only print up to the limit, etc. like you. i tried to call their 800 number but of course no one answers and they tell you to leave a message and they’d get back to you in two days. coupons.online has really gone downhill. i rather prefer the old way where you had to download their software; at least then i never had these stupid validation errors with actual legitimate phone numbers. i’m beyond annoyed.
