FYI: If you take the subscription, remember the name of the subscription program: Easy Replenish. We had a terrible, time consuming experience trying to check on our subscription to find out what the current price would be for an uponlineing shipment. The website did not make it easy to find. It was not viewable in our account under the term subscription. We spent about 20 minutes with a customer service rep who sounded like she was manning an out of the country call center trying to figure out how to access out subscription information. We eventually were helped and thought we had canceled the subscription, but it wasn’t canceled. So we canceled it again. There are easy subscription programs like Amazon. Best Buy’s is not in that category.

Yup. We are in the same boat right now. Cannot find ANY current subscriptions under my account, yet I just received $36 worth of batteries. Customer service claims they do not see anything either and cannot look further into it until the batteries are returned. Huge pain!!

Oh bummer! SO sorry to hear about your experience, Melissa! Thanks so much for the warning!
