   Has anyone received “your order has shipped” email yet. I received the order confirmation and another item I ordered already shipped but nothing for the hatchimals yet.

  They shipped the treasure x (which I just ordered because of the price) but have not shipped the hatchimals. I am not going to be happy if I paid $6 to ship the treasure x and the others get cancelled.

  It looks like the ordered was cancelled since the funds are no longer showing as pending in my bank account. However, I never received notice that the Hatchimals were cancelled. Bad customer service.

   I ordered 2 sets for my granddaughters I got confirmation emails for the orders and then an email they were ready for pick up. I had set up my daughter as person for pick up as the game stop store was close to her. When she got to the store they told her them didn’t have any because they had to give my order to someone who had paid for them on line. I did not see an option to pay when I placed the order as I had intended to pay at the time of order. Needless to say both my daughter and I were both upset.

   I still haven’t received the shipped email. The other items I ordered at the same time already has been delivered since last Friday.

  No. It hasn’t shipped. I emailed customer service last week and haven’t heard anything back. I am sure it will be cancelled. Ugh. Frustrated because I spent the $6 to ship & just randomly threw the treasure x in as a last minute purchase.

  I did the same thing Ann. I threw in two party poppers because I was already paying shipping. doing it that way made each item about 2.49 including shipping. If they do cancel hopefully they will credit half the shipping cost.

  I received the TreasureX and Popteenies last week, but am still waiting on the status of my Hatchimals. I also haven’t been charged on my credit card yet, so I have no idea what’s going on with that.

  I just received my Hatchimal order today, on the last possible day of estimated delivery. I was beginning to wonder if they were going to cancel my order it took so long!

   Well I guess I’m not the only one who didn’t receive their order. I was charged on 4/3 and it “shipped” that same day but the UPS tracking only says “label created.” I called customer service just now and they said I have to wait till tomorrow for a refund because it has to be so many business days from the order date.

   Just got off the phone with a Customer Service rep, and he told me that they are waiting for a new shipment – he said
   my order will eventually ship. I guess we’ll wait and see.

  I just got an order cancelled email “due to unforeseen inventory issues” irritated because I should have never bought the treasure x and no one will respond to email.

  My order was cancelled, but I responded because I was super irritated about paying $6 shipping for 1. (I had justified that I was paying $4 per pack) I got an email this morning (3 days later…) that they refunded my entire order. The email that I sent customer service after only 1 arrived, when I had ordered 2, was never responded to.
