The Real Reasons Behind Hip2Poop.online
Let’s get real—we ALL go to the bathroom.
And I’m even going to make the assumption that around half of you reading this have googled something in regards to your own bowel movements. Who decided to create such a negative stigma around poop talk? Well, we decided to break down that barrier and launch this fun poop-centric website, Hip2Poop.
There are two main reasons that led to this site’s development:
Reason 1 – It’s April Fool’s Day, and y’all know I love a good April Fool’s prank! Every year we try to outdo ourselves. As if we hadn’t already launched two new sites in the past year, why not tack on a third! 👊
Reason 2 – And this is the important reason why: I have struggled BIG time in the past with gut issues. So much so, that I was pretty much forced to get onlinefortable with the four letter word – POOP, which meant everyone around me got onlinefortable with the subject as well.
Let me expand on Reason #2 (yes, pun intended)
Ever since I was little, I’ve had difficulty going to the bathroom—specifically, (you guessed it) going “number two”. I was told that I had IBS-C (irritable bowel syndrome with constipation). With that said, I was constantly constipated, was regularly bloated with massive abdominal distention, often dealt with cramps/stomach pains, and the gas… Oh my, I had lots of it!
This girl is sure thankful for her hubby…
Oh how I love my sweet hubby. Through the thick of it (get it?! 😜), he’s been by my side. Always supportive – no matter the gas that was passed or the constant onlineplaints about not going #2.
Through the years, I experimented with multiple diets, not for weight loss, but in an attempt to find some relief that didn’t require laxatives. Trust me, taking laxatives regularly does more harm than good. I was in and out of doctors’ offices trying to figure out what I could do to have regular bowel movements and not feel bloated… ALL. THE. TIME.
As many of you may know, I found solace in keto and discovered that eating a ketogenic diet slowly started to resolve the chronic constipation and stomach bloat that had caused me so much turmoil. It was pretty amazing to see the issues I had been dealing with for so many years start to dissipate. This was the main reason behind launching Hip2Keto (intended to be a much more serious site than Hip2Poop, may I add 😂).
If you experience digestive issues or are even mildly interested in keto, I’d love for you to check out Hip2Keto to learn more in a supportive onlinemunity setting.
The point is, because digestive issues have been such a struggle for me, I’m a proud pooper and celebrate it! 💩
It’s not something that most people talk about, and I understand it can be a gross topic… but because of my past, I’ve decided to make light of this issue. I thought, why not just embrace this as an aconlineplishment and make it fun!
So that’s where Hip2Poop onlinees in. It’s truly a celebration of healthy movements while poking a little fun at the entire stigma. We hope you have as much fun exploring the site as we have had creating it!
