   Can you use the $10 off of $40 on the Pantene and herbal essences? The tags on the shelves didn’t list the coupon on them like some of the other hair product tags did.

   I got 4 hair colors, 2 Herbal Essence, and the Palmer’s conditioner pack. I paid $5 and some change because I had an $8 ECB from last week. I did not receive the $3 ECB for spending $30 on beauty. It only put $17 towards the $30 needed for the ECB. Still a great deal, and just in time to color my hair! Thank you!!!

  The Beauty EBs take longer to register to your account if you qualified. Sometimes it is days. BeautyClub spending tally says “Allow up to 2 days for credit balance to update”.

    Has anyone else gotten an “EPIC” beauty ECB reward? I got a $20.00 one the other day in addition to a $3.00 one!! That was a nice surprise. The manager who rung me up said he has seen a few for $10 & some for $20. Thanks, CVS!

  Yes. There was a promo running mid-Feb to mid-March, where you got an extra 10% lump sum of a Beauty Reward. I know someone who got an $88 reward! And some FB groups bragging about $100+ Epic rewards. Crazy. Mine was $28.

  When eb’s show in your app, you have til a certain date to print it at the red box or send to your card. If you missed the date, then it’s gone. You could call CS and find out what happened. Maybe they could re-issue it.

  To use the $4/12 with the $10/$40 Haircare crt, you need to meet BOTH crt spend requirements. So you’ll need a $52 purchase. It’s confusing, but it works like this –
  Your total hair care purchase must be $40, $12 of that $40 must be Herbal Essences. The other $12 to hit $52 total, can be anything else in your basket. You cannot use both crts on only $40. HTH!
