   We had a Biddeford blanket and the controller stopped working. I called their customer service number and they stood by their warranty. I had to send them the blanket and controllers, a month later they sent me a new blanket. They also said that the new blanket came with a new warranty too.

   I love these blankets. They are cozy on cold nights. I had a controller that stopped working after and they quickly pulled up my warranty info and sent me a new one,. Good quality and great service.

   I have bought 2 of these, both through target, bought at different times. Both stopped working.. That’s 2 too many times for me, warranty or not. Good luck shoppers. I loved it when it worked
