That’s for the mugs..the tumbler are $4 but nothing close to me 🙁

Would y’all drive out and try to score the tumblers for $4 if they’re listed as “limited stock”?

Nope. Walmart stock counts are always off, so if there’s “limited” it inevitably means none on the shelf (in my experience).
