I bought these the last time they were featured as a good deal. Not nearly as good quality as Sam’s Club brand kitchen liners. They tend to rip around the top one pulling them out of the trashcan

Agreed. Like you I bought them last time they were posted and have the same issue. They rip really easily around the drawstring. I wish I could blame myself and say I am overloading the bag, but we aren’t allowed to leave anything but bagged garbage out on the curb (trash cans are not provided or allowed) for trash collection. So I’m very careful about how full and heavy the bags are. Not just because of guidelines, but I also have to worry about critters and neighborhood pets getting into my garbage.

I agree these are very poor quality. Im using the walmart brand ones right now and those are better and cheaper without deals.
