   I ordered a hoodie for Christmas and the quality was terrible!! The fabric snagged in many spots and by the end of the day it had horrible piling, especially on the sides where my arms rubbed against it!!

  I agree! The kangaroo pocket on the one I ordered was crooked and off center. (* Disclaimer: I called to get an exchange and their customer service was GREAT!). But yes the quality is so poor. Pilling is awful.

   I ordered two and loved them. I have to agree the grey ones are so soft that they pill especially on the side but the black one I purchased didn’t do that. They are so soft and cozy. I love mine.
