  I searched Pete the cat on Kohl’s site through ebates as soon as I saw the first onlinement saying it wasn’t working, and the book showed up as unavailable for shipping. I was able to find it in-store and add it to my cart, but none of the others are showing up now except the Biscuit ones.🤷🏻‍♀️

   I would suggest going to the store.
   I ordered tons of these books for my eight kids and they all were tore up when delivered. 🙄
   I ordered many extra for gifts those were tore up also in a different shipment. 🤬

  Kohl’s or whatever onlinepany they use for shipping their items is doing a bad job with most of their packages. They either onlinee broken or boxes are bent and torn when they arrive. Not nice for gifting at all.

  I ordered an instant pot on Black Friday for my mom’s birthday gift. It came damaged. Kohl’s wouldn’t directly exchange it for me since they are out of stock in the store. They told me I had to order a new one for full retail, then once the new one got here, bring in both of them to the store in order to get refunded for the damaged one. What a mess!! So…I returned it. When I did, they took the full $15 of Kohl’s cash from that order out of my refund even though I had bought other items in the order. Unfortunately, I think I will be cancelling my Kohl’s card. Anyone else have a hard time with their returns and exchanges??!

  Yes! Yes! Yes! I know exactly what you mean. I had to stop shopping there because of how frustrating the kohls cash was and the fact that I had stuff shipped to me damaged as well. One item ( a griddle) came with no box, only the box you would get at the store and it was extremely damaged.
