Tris Pharma, Inc. recently issued a voluntary recall of the following Infants’ Ibuprofen Concentrated Oral Suspension products because they may contain higher concentrations of ibuprofen.
The reason for the recall is that there is a small possibility that infants, who may be more susceptible to a higher potency level of drug, may be more vulnerable to permanent NSAID-associated renal injury.
