   I got it to work once. Ordered one thing that I wanted in a hurry and went back to see if I wanted anything else. Must have been a glitch that they noticed and fixed when they got the increased traffic from here. Hopefully they don’t cancel my order. 🙁 I still spent $6 after the $5 off.

  EXACTLY!!!! I too was tricked into paying for shipping & had to change it to free shipping. Also, it’s 5% off definitely NOT $5 off. I immediately stopped & didn’t put my order through after all.

    It looks like their site is back up but now when I apply EXTRA5 it’s only giving me 5% off instead of $5 off. I got the $5 to apply earlier but the site kept crashing.

    I put in an order early this morning. I had to be very patient as the site kept crashing, but I did eventually get the order through and EXTRA5 took off $5 and I haven’t received any email saying it was canceled. Keeping my fingers crossed that the order won’t be canceled!!!!

    FYI – I ordered the exact items that are showing in stock back on 11/9. I never received them, and then was told after I followed up that the items were out of stock. Buyer beware.

  The code is only for 5%. I wish someone would have said something that it’s not working for $5 off. Like it would have been nice if 112 people could have posted and let the Hip2Save team know. Being sarcastic of course.
