My Kroger also had “buy 2 get 1 free” coupons on the display of chocolate chips!

    • Taryn

Can you use the coupons in addition to the 50% off?

      • Sarah K.

I am not sure this time but I used coupons on the Halloween candy when they did 50 percent off for Halloween. HTH

      • irene

I was able to use Nabisco insert Qs a few months ago, but unable to with printed Kettle Chips Qs from about a month ago. The Kettle rang up regular price after Qs were scanned. Not sure if the programming had changed or if it’s the type of Q?

      • kymomcc

They let me but I don’t know if every store would. I wasn’t going to be upset if it kicked it out because it’s a good price without it, but since they had them out with it I figured it wouldn’t hurt to try. I think the app coupon is a store coupon & the display 1 is manufacturer, which can be used together.

      • Sarah

Tried to use it but it didn’t work. 😕

      • Tracey

Does anyone know how you can decide which home goods are included?

  2. Rosanne Lopez

Lucky none of that in California

  3. L

Went today! Smokin got deals!! Going back tomorrow! Got Ariana Grande perfume for $8.50 Candy Canes .50 and tons more! Also brown sugar, sugar , flour was .99 and so many more crazy deals

  4. Jessica

Yes got all my stocking stuffer candy for 50 percent off! And wrapping paper was a deal at half off. Grabbed the coupons for the baking chips last time to use later-good thing cuz the peelie pads were empty. Also scored those mug desserts for .49 (some were on clearance for $1.49 then used peelies for $1 off on the regular priced ones)! Also various meats were BOGO. Good haul overall. Didn’t see that jammies were included until reading this post. May have to go back. Hope you can use the 50 off more than once…

    • Alyssa

It says there is a 5 item limit per transaction. Did you have multiple transactions? Or did I not understand that part of the coupon?

      • Anna

Hey Alyssa, The 50% coupon for the Holiday Candy and Holiday Merchandise is a unlimited use digital coupon. The coupons for the eggs, chocolate chips, sugar, flour, etc coupon can be used 5x. Hope that makes sense.

        • Alyssa

          That makes sense. Thank you!

  5. Anna

Got tons of great deals with this sale. Lots of great candy for stockings (especially since most of it was already on sale) so additional 50% was awesome. One of my favorite deals was the Starbucks sets wrapped in cellophane (choices were a holiday mug or cup with straw) with hot chocolate or coffee some had a cookie. They were already on sale so with additional 50% was such a great deal for gifts.

    • Jackie

Thank you Anna! I’ll have to check out the Starbucks sets

  6. Danielle

Our store has some really cute Christmas mugs that are normally 5.99, plus 20% off right now, and then an additional 50% off with the coupon. This is cheaper than Black Friday. The mugs onlinee to $2.40 each.

    • Wickerone

Yes! Picked up some with a place for cookies for teachers gifts!
Thanks for telling us about this sale!

  7. Susie

Could you use this coupon with a Clicklist pickup order? It’s hard to tell because it doesn’t show in the cart. I would hate to place the order and then be charged full price when I pick it up 🙁

    • Karen

Susie, I was wondering the same thing, it looks like you can. It looks like coupons don’t onlinee off until they process payment. I’m trying it today (it would sure be nice if it showed the coupons onlineing off!)! The following was from their website:

      Do you accept coupons?
We do! Digital coupons can be loaded to your Shopper’s Card and will automatically be applied to your order at pickup, and discounted from your total.

We encourage Customers to use digital coupons whenever possible to ensure that your Pickup experience is as quick as possible.

  8. Lyn

5 items at 50% off in your transaction. The fine print says 1 coupon per card, so it sounds like you can’t go back? Correct me where I am wrong.

    • brandy

Christmas is unlimited, and you can go back. The baking supplies is limited to 5.

  9. Sallys

those mason jars are adorable! I would like to organize my things in them! I think they would make nice gifts for christmas, one each filled with flavored almonds/homemade granola/candy. I will go to a bigger Kroger to try to get some, as my tiny hometown Kroger has limited stock of seasonal items, etc… I am glad I saw this post, thank you!

    • Amber (Hip2Save Sidekick)

You’re very welonlinee! Love those gift ideas! Thanks for sharing with us!

    • Ashley

Yes I was thinking the exact same thing for gifts! I bought this set last year and thought 9.99 was a steal. Def going to do this deal! Thanks H2S 😍

  10. Megan

There is a santa plate and cup set too.. and an additional $2/1 coupon that you can load. If your store has the additional 20% off sale price it would make it $1.99 for the set after all coupons! Keep your eyes out 🙂

  11. Anna

How many times can you use the 50% Off Holiday Pajamas, Candy, Home Goods, & More coupon?
    Thank you

    • Stacy

That particular digital coupon is unlimited use! Yay!

  12. Jessica

Can anyone confirm what the actual price is after the digital coupon on the Starbucks mugs?

    • Mary

The Starbucks gift sets range from 12.99-24.99. So half of that 🙂

  13. Sarah

My store doesn’t have the Mason Jars 😕

  14. Sallys

I drove to a big store in my area, they had a mason jar set that included a mason jar beverage dispenser and 4 mason jar glass drinking jars. I think the set was 9.99 after coupon. I did not get one but it was so cute. If I had space for it or did not already have one, I would have gotten it. Great deals!

  15. Anna

My local store had a Rubbermaid set (40 pc easy find lids). Regularly $29.99 marked down to $9.99 and it rang up $4.99 with the coupon.

  16. eas

I’m not even getting the coupon. Anyone else in the Lou, KY area not getting it?

  17. barb

You can get a large canister of Sea Salt Carmels for $2 (reg. $7.99) – there is a $2 digital coupon and the 50% takes off $4. These carmels are really fresh and so very good. Also look for tear pads for Buy 2 get 1 Free on the Hershey baking chips – and $1 off tear pad coupon on Lindor truffles – you can get a large box for $2 (reg. $5.99) – great neighbor or teacher gifts! I bought tons today, but things were going fast~

How do people abuse it? Whenever there’s any deals. I always hear managers saying a lot of customers onlinee in and ‘’abuse it’’ so we stop accepting coupons. How do you abuse it? I feel like they say that and blame it on the customers so the managers can keep the deals for themselves

My store had the mason jar in the picture shown above for $19.99 and they said it was 9.99 after card. (Did not mention about adding digital coupon in) so I went to checkout and after I put in my card. The jars dropped to 14.99. I told them that I had a coupon for %50 off digital coupon stuck to my card. The cashier was like “the price took off your discount already.” I argued saying “It’s 50% off. Does that mean it’s 50% off 14.99 ?”

Cashier Raised her voice saying “It’s already off. You got the %50 discount already.”

At this point, I have to consistently tell her my discount is not off. The sign said “That’s the price with card and not everyone adds in the digital coupon to their account therefore they won’t get 50% discount like me.”

Cashier gave me an attitude as if I’m stealing with a loud tone of voice “Everyone gets 50% off and not just you. If you put in your card, it will be 50% off and it gave u the discount already. This item is not a holiday item’’

I politely said one last time “you have to add in digita coupon to get 50% off and not everyone who puts in their card get %50 off and besides 14.99 is not 50% off of 19.99. I got this from the holiday aisle where it said 50% off”

She walked away calling a manager over.
Manager walks over to my checkout. I started explaining to the manager and she swing her hand up to my face saying “I already understand ma’am. You don’t have to tell me ma’am.’’
Mind you, the manager wouldn’t even let me explain myself or the situation. All she did was put her hand in front of my face to stop me from talking. Then she proceeded with “it already gave u 50% after u scanned your card. Everyone gets half off after they enter their card.”
I said “not everyone gets half off. They have to add the coupon digitally and 14.99 is not half off’’

Manager “ma’am the order already gave u a discount after u put your card. We don’t give customers more discount after discount. Everyone gets half off and you got yours half off”

Me “but the discount I received is not half off”

Manager walked away and left me there. She ignored me. I thought she said she understood me even though she didn’t even let me talk. Then walks away after I said $14.99 is not half off of 19.99….I can’t believe she won’t even let me talk or explain myself yet she said she already understand everything. So what did she understand?????? 😂
No wonder they had so many mason jars and holiday stuff left. Maybe they gave everybody the same bull
