  We have version 1 of this and have been very happy with it. I love being able to adjust from my phone when away. We do use the schedule on it but there are times when we have been traveling and forgot to adjust so it is very convenient to grab your phone and adjust the thermostat.

  I do. Pros – Simple lay out and app is basic (can change heating and cooling schedules, current temp, read current temp, humidity, etc.). Cons – IMO difficult to connect to WiFi when you have to configure and problems disconnecting (whether this is due to the device itself or our router I was not able to determine). Had to replace our old unit because it was not reading the correct temp. and onlinepany shipped out a new one in replacement of the old.

   I have version 1 and love it. It’s nice you don’t have to hook it up to power. Uses batteries and they last quite a long time (on year 2 or 3). App is great. Use it with Alexa and is somewhat limited, but works.
