   I am unsure why people think the Pura Vida is a great deal?! Yes the bracelets are cute however, last year I ordered them and waited and waited and waited and they never came and they would not update me. I had a hard time getting ANY RESPONSE! FORTUNATELY I paid VIA PayPal and they refunded me my money, aftwr they couldn’t get a response either! I am thankful for PayPal, otherwise I am unsure what would have happened! I contacted them like I said over and over to NO AVAIL!!! I offered them many chances to reply and explain or just update me and NOPE, I got nothing! I did some research after the ordering (should have done it before like a typically do) and I determine that I was certainly not alone in this and it was almost to the level of onlineplete negligence and at minimum was certainly the absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced!
