  As a follow up to above – I tried contacting Jos A Banks customer service as I actually keep getting banner ads now for this product at the $19.98 price and over a half hour and five agents later they keep just disconnecting me over and over without actually helping or answering any questions. I know retail is tough over the holidays but seriously? What a poor customer service experience! Sorry for the rant, but I thought I would save others the same headache.
