   Just a heads up.. this is not little kid friendly. We have this and it was a gift for our then 4yr old. The trains easily onlinee off the tracks and they are not easy to put back on. I am constantly having to put the train back on the tracks. It’s a beautiful set/display but not kid play friendly.

   We just got this at Costco yesterday for $49.99. Regularly $59.99 and $10.00 off. It’s being put together right now and our 2 year old is going crazy, he loves anything that has wheels.

   I agree that is not a kid friendly train. We bought this last year for our five year old. He was so excited but quickly became so frustrated that he was in tears. It might be worth 20 bucks. In fact, ours is boxed up and that’s what I would hope to get for it.

   We bought ours maybe 5 years ago (paid at least $100 when it valued double that price) and its a nightmare to keep on the tracks…seems kinda silly..ugh train should be able to stay on the tracks!! I’ve tried wiring the train cars together but it’s still bad and pretty much the kids can’t play with it if you want it to stay on the tracks. Good more for looks to have around the tree and just for the kids to play with.

   Our 4 year old loves it and the first few times a car came off the track we helped him put it back. Now he can do it himself. He plays with this set for hours.
   (BTW, the force of nature that knocked cars off the track was his 2 year old brother.)
