You can order it, but it doesn’t mean you’ll get it. They cancel orders a lot. So, don’t get your hopes up. My kids won’t let me shop there anymore forbthem, because they’ve been disappointed too often.

I’ve ordered from Tilly’s a while ago. The items came within a week but most of my order was canceled without notification of an email.
Out of 6 pairs of shoes I received 4.
