Have you purchased these in the past? Readers either love them or hate them!

My sister buys these for my son every year. They are super yummy! The chocolates are small, but perfect for a small treat for kids. Totally worth it!!

The chocolate is awful in these! Even my kids would not eat it! Very waxy, fake tasting. Not even worth .99! I gave them a try for about 3 years hoping they would improve but they never do!

The chocolate is terrible. The calendar itself is cute tough.

These look super cute for kiddos! And for 99 cents? Even better.

I picked up 2 for my kids a few days ago. Definitely a bargain onlinepared to the LEGO advent calendars I’ve been buying up until last year!

Chocolate is not good but my kids always enjoy it.

I got these for the first time last year and will definitely be buying more for the kids this year. I was really impressed with the quality of the chocolate as I was expecting waxy and yucky for the price. Each piece is small but really good.

We tried them last year and the chocolate was not good. Save your buck!

Oh no! Sorry to hear about that! Thanks for the honest onlinement!

My kiddos tried these last year and were totally fine with these vs. lego advent calendars we’ve done in the past. No, it’s not fancy chocolate, but for 99 cents a kid, we’re getting them again!

    • Amber (Hip2Save Sidekick)

Oh awesome! SO glad they enjoyed them, Jill! Thanks for sharing!

  3. Melissa

We got one last year, my 6 year old didn’t have any onlineplaints. So maybe it’s great for the kiddos, but not so much for adults.

  4. Me

My son always loved these. It’s the only time I would let him have chocolate before school! Last year I waited too long to look for them and felt really bad I didn’t get him one. The guy at the store said they sold out SO fast…..they were selling 10 at a time! I will have to look for these now.

  5. Lana

Aldi will have them too for this price.

Cute designs, but even my kids wouldn’t eat these. My kids love the ones from World Market (they have very cute designs this year), and they are only $1.50…. Trader Joes may be cheaper, but it was wasted money since it didn’t get used….

when did you see this price? now? the cheapest I can find is $5

      • Cathy

        They’re always .99 at Trader Joe’s.

  7. Rebecca

Aldi has their chocolate ones out now but they are more than $1.

    • Amber (Hip2Save Sidekick)

Thanks for sharing, Rebecca! My Mom always grabs them from ALDI for my kiddos!

  8. SunnyDayMama

I always get them at World Market. The chocolate is delicious!

This is exactly what I was about to ask. Thank you!
