   So, the last time I got this Chi Air flat iron from Target, it was really bad as it kept snagging my hair & melted my hair on the plates. I read so many good reviews before purchasing but I was very disappointed and had to return it. I want to buy this again but I’m worried it will not perform well and damage my hair. Does anyone know if it’s because of this particular model of CHI or is it because I’m buying this from Target? Is it better to buy flat irons from places like Ulta? Would love any tips or suggestions!
