   I’m not sure of the brand but my mom bought me one of these turkey roasters 12 years ago. We use it at every holiday so we can free up the oven for everything else. It still works perfectly. The only thing is, if you want brown skin, you have to put the turkey under the broiler for a bit. My mom has been gone over 10 years now but I think of her on every holiday when I use my roaster.

  Thanks so much for sharing your memory with us Suzanne,H! SO very sorry for your loss. My mom and mother in law both have turkey roasters and they have been SUPER helpful each year during the holiday season. I’m not sure how we ever cooked Thanksgiving dinner without them!

   Not a big fan of this brand. As the holidays get closer, there will be lots of deals on roasters. Top-rated brands in roasters are Rival, Oster, Nesco, and Proctor Silex.
