   Is anyone else getting this message when trying to enter the free shipping code? “This offer applies to Rewards members in select markets only.” I’ve tried a different browser, I’m signed in and I’m a cardholder. It’s also showing this message when I try again. “The offer with restrictions can’t be applied. There was no profile information provided, so it is not possible to check if profile satisfies the offer restrictions.” Any thoughts??

    No free shipping codes work for me. I have received no emails from Kohls since Sept 16, and they usually send me at least 5 per week. I wonder if that has something to do with why no FS codes will work. A glitch in their system?

    Do you think they have finally decided to enforce that the shipping code only work if your card is actually only MVC status? I have MVC status currently and code works for me but I dont know if I spent enough to qualify next year :/

  Same – looks like they’re cracking down and allowing just MVCs using the code. I have it in my account, but I definitely spend enough per year lol (shoot, I probably spend enough between Thanksgiving and New Year’s!).

    Why doesn’t Kohls just give everybody a decent price? Ugg, I always feel like I’m paying way too much, especially when I onlinee here and read the onlinements, I think I’ll just go to a store where I don’t feel like if you happen to get lucky you get a better price 🙁
    Hip2Save would love it if you did more Macy’s! They seem more fair.

    I’m so not a confrontational person and I typically keep my negativity to myself but the kohls changes are just depressing. First the toys and now the shipping!! I’m literally questioning rather my kohls charge is worth it anymore. Since, I already own one I will keep it but it’s no longer a card I would suggest to others anymore because the perks are beonlineing less and less beneficial.
    However, I did place an order today because the live chat assistant was great and changed my shopping charges as a one time courtesy. However, he stated in the future free shipping would only be for mvc customers which is someone who spends more than $600 in a year which I no longer see myself doing. Of course the option of ordering at a kohls kiosk is still there but for me, that’s a 30 minute drive with 3 young kids in tow.. so not worth it!
    Might I just add these changes seem to be at the most inconvenient time with the holiday season approaching.. it’s like they dont even want to onlinepete this season because spare me that their prices will be onlinepetitive on their own and now, shipping is not free until a $75 threshold is met.. they’ve pretty much taken themselves off the market in my eyes. I hope they prove me wrong because I’ve always been a huge kohls fan, but that drastically changed this month.

  It’s so disappointing, right?! I did almost all of my Christmas toy shopping last year during their Veteran’s Day sale. That obviously won’t be happening this year. I even had one friend who was so impressed with my Veteran’s Day toy haul that she got the credit card just so she could do the same this year. I feel so bad about that! Kohls could have really capitalized on the hole left in the market after Toys R Us disappeared. All they had to do was maintain their status quo, and they would have inherited a ton of new business from former Toys R Us customers this holiday season. Instead, they’re going to be *losing* toy shoppers due to excluding that category from their coupons. Seems like a pretty regrettable decision, and one that I hope they’ll revisit before they go out of business. Kohl’s used to be my favorite place to shop, both online and in-store. I would hate to see them disappear like so many other retailers have done.

    I had 2 free shipping codes in my wallet and neither one worked. I had to call Kohls customer service and they had to place my order for me so I could get the free shipping. Hope they get this fixed soon.
