Check out what Hip2Save readers say about these blankets…

I have this exact one and really like it! I’ve had it for about a month. I usually sleep with several blankets but when using this it is all I need. I don’t get too hot with it. Our house is usually around 72 degrees. I don’t have a cover and realize I will have to wash it in the future. I simply plan to wash it in the tub. It can be put in the dryer on a medium setting as the weight is from small plastic beads (like in some stuffed animals).

These are the best for anxiety and ADHD. All of our kids use them to watch movies in the basement. Plus it’s a good arm work out when I lift it to fold it!

I turn up the A/C and use a fan, and I also pull it up so it’s not on my feet to helps keep me cooler. It’s worth it to finally be able to sleep. Remember it does take a week or so of getting use to it. I didn’t realize when I did sleep I tossing and turning the whole time the blanket stops you from doing that.

How should you determine which weight to get? Any one here order one of these before….What did you think of it?

    • Heather

I don’t have this brand, though I’m ordering one now because the brand we purchased was almost triple this, but my 10 year old loves it! She has the 15lb. She’s says it’s like getting a hug all night long. 😊 Picking up a spare for travel.

I bought one on the last deal. I got the 60×80, 15 pound and I am a female who weighs 150. It doesn’t feel too heavy. I like that it kinda feels like I’m cuddling with my guy, like someone has their arms around you, onlineforting you. And actually helps me to fall asleep faster. And I have a queen bed and it goes from one side to the other so two ppl can get under it but it’s about 3 inches short to reach your feet. Personally I like the 15 pound. But I wouldn’t be against trying the 20 and seeing what that would be like.

You should order one 10% of your body weight

    • Bo

Of course I am in between the 2 weights so go up you think?

  3. Julie

I find the 60×80 to be too wide for one person. Do you have a code for the narrower blanket (48″x72″)?

    • Amber (Hip2Save Sidekick)

No, I only find the two above to apply with each code listed. Hope that helps!

One more Christmas present bought. Thanks.

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

Yay! How exciting! You are so welonlinee!

  5. Leslie

In the video, it shows the blanket WITH a cover, correct? This is just for the blanket (the prices shown). Thank you 🙂

    • Amber (Hip2Save Sidekick)

Yes, It looks like the video available shows the blanket with the duvet cover. These blankets listed above are the blankets only. Hope that helps!

I bought this same blanket last time. Love it!!!! I was afraid of it being too warm. But its not. I bought a twin XL cotton duvet cover at Target.online because the minky covers sold for it looked too warm. It is a little large for one person. But the 60X80 Blanket fits nicely on my queen bed. My husband and i usually end up sharing.

    • Amber (Hip2Save Sidekick)

Thanks for the feedback, Sandy! I was thinking of grabbing one. Good to know that size works well for a queen bed!

    • Eholt

You use the twin xl cover for that 60×80 size?

  7. Elaine

Might be a poor choice to go up. It can make some people feel claustrophobic.

  8. Louise

Does this include the cover ?

    • Holly (Hip2Save Sidekick)

According to the description it is “without removable cover”. Hope that helps!

  9. Dena

    How do you wash these?

  10. kcollins

I just bought mine! Can’t wait for it to onlinee!

I am a “larger” woman so purchased the 25 lb blanket the last time it was posted on this site. I found it too heavy. The weight on my feet hurt so I would pull it up and then my feet would get cold. Also, it slips off at night and lands in a ball and is hard to pull back on. My grown sons like it. I might have to give it to them and try a lighter version.

  12. Lisa

The code didn’t work when I checked out. It says invalid promo code 🙁 I would really love to order this!
