   I got mine but it says free “issue” subscription. Are you sure this is for a full year or just one issue? I am suspect.

  There is no catch, believe it or not. I have been getting free magazines from Valuemags for about 6 yrs. Business or private people sponsor and pay for them. You can also check back from time to time to see if other magazines are available. I have gotten Womens Day, Good Housekeeping and that is just to name a few. All for free! You won’t regret signing up….

  I was suspicious too. I think it may have something to do with “we have X number of subscribers and based on that, these are our ad rates”. If subscribers fall too low to rationalize ad rates, maybe they offer freebies to get the numbers up? I have signed up in the past for these. As others have said, you get it free, no strings attached. People is a great one for sitting in endless parking lots, waiting to pick up kids after practices/events 🙂
