   I love my Apple Watch. I’m still using the series 1 as Apple replace it recently with a new one after two and half years of using it because of the battery swollen issue. Glad I googled it and found out that they had extended the warranty on the series 1 for 3 years due to battery issues .

  So glad you said this . My husbands watch did this a few days ago we went to the Apple Store and they said to call Apple Care which informed us it wasn’t because it was over 2 years . After researching more I did find that series 1 was extended to 3 years another call to AppleCare and telling them it “was” they are now covering the damage to his watch. Thanks for saving us $300 on a new one .
