I have curly hair that I need to diffuse to get any sort of volume. I couldn’t tell you how long it took me to dry my hair before I purchased this Dyson, but I’m down to under 15 minutes now using the lowest setting. There is a big difference between the professional and the low-cost dryers. I have thick hair and the cheap hair dryers took forever and my professional dryer is quicker, more temperatures, more powerful and the quicker dry I feel doesn’t leave my hair as frizzy or damaged. Think about when you go to the salon and they dry your hair vs when you use a cheap hotel wall dryer. To me, that is the difference.
I had it and returned it, my Babyliss hair dryer was faster and leaves my hair smoother. My hair was quite frizzy with the Dyson.
