   I brought 2 of the ones like that orange one (grey/black & one blue) last time it was posted, but one got cancelled (no reason given). Still looking for a credit to my credit card. Did it happen to anyone else?

   Two came in the mail today from the last deal, and I am shocked. They are really nice. For that price, it’s hard to believe they are of good quality! I’m glad I listened to the H2S onlinemunity on this one! My picky 17 & 19 year olds are very happy with them!

   I also ordered 1 when they were posted for $9.99 these are quality bags to say the least. Glad to see that they are on sale against because both of my daughters were plotting on getting the 1 that I bought lol.

   I was thinking just this evening that I need to get a backpack for my 7th grader. I figured I missed all the good sales. So this is perfect timing! He is tough on his and this way we will keep the 2nd as a back up. Thanks!

   Oh no… 😬 Proozy is a NIGHTMARE. I ordered one of these backpacks last time they were posted… my order went through but the backpacks were out of stock 👎 so I received and email stating they would refund or I could select something else. I responded with “please refund” and they responded to me with “what order number is this in regard to?” which I already thought was weird as they should have know. But whatever. I cut them slack.:.. and sent my order number.
   Then I got confusing emails from several other customers about their refunds. Turns out PROOZY BCCed a bunch of customers at the same time on the email asking for an order number. I responded to the customers by letting them know about the poor customer service and that the emails they were sending were NOT A SAFE place to share payment info. Yikes… never again Proozy!

   I bought the black one for my 16 yr old son. I was also surprised at how nice it was and also how big it was. Going to use it for the first time my son yells “hey mom the Zipper just broke in my hand”. It is the little metal part you grab to slide the zipper. The zipper itself is fine but what a pain to try and zip and unzip. I was hoping this would last his whole junior year and it didn’t even last one day! I only paid 10 bucks so not worth the hassle of trying to return it. Maybe I will get a new slide put on the zipper.

   This upsets me so much !!! I ordered this exact backpack on June 24th ((the $9.99 deal)) and over a week after that, I got an email stating I would receive a refund and the order was cancelled with no further explanation. I had received shipping confirmation AND the money was taken from my card in the meantime. What a horrible experience…. only to see it reposted in a similar manner makes it that much worse:(

   I ordered the gray with orange backpack the other day when it was offered for $9.99. It arrived Friday, and it is exceptional! My teen nephew will have plenty of room in this. Highly reonlinemend!
