      Check with your insurance, they may cover the cost of new car seats. Someone ran a red light and hit us and their insurance reimbursed us for brand new seats(very quickly too)

          I work in insurance, its a law in California for the insurance onlinepany to replace a car seat, but not a law in other states, but its reonlinemended, so if u live else where just tell them u want it replaced and they will. It is generally based on the car seat you originally had. The idea is to make you whole after the accident, so you will need to provide a receipt or proof of the car seat cost by providing the price point from a store, be it online or brick and mortar. For the onlinepany I work for, if no proof can be provided then they cut a check for $75.

          Just ask your claim representative any questions you have.

    Ugh! I bought and now need to cancel. I thought the high-back booster mode was a 5-point harness, but it just uses the vehicle’s seatbelt. No thank you! 5-point harness in a high-back booster is non-negotiable for me.

      This is a 4 in one carseat. It does rear facing with harness. Forward facing with harness. High back booster with vehicle seatbelt and no back booster. You don’t need to cancel. It is a great seat and fairly easy to use 🙂

        Hi Ashley. I do appreciate the reply, but I’m not willing to use a high-back booster without a 5-point harness. I was already giving up extended rear-facing by purchasing this seat.

        I’m going back to my original plan of the Graco Extend2Fit that I picked up for $115 so I can keep rear-facing until 50lbs and then I’ll buy a harnessed booster. 🙂

          Nothing wrong with that plan, I am all for extended rear facing! But just to clarify this Graco 4ever DOES have a high back booster WITH harness. It just has the option to remove the harness later when the child is older to use as a high back booster with seat belt.
          The Harness booster you would buy after the extend2fit would do the same thing. Harness booster also known as a onlinebination seat and then after they outgrow the harness around 6-8 years old you can use the seat as a high back booster with the vehicle seat belt. 🙂

      Do not cancel. This seat does everything you need. You are using incorrect terminology. A “booster” is a seat that positions the vehicle’s seatbelt properly on a child and the seatbelt restrains the child. A “harnessed seat” is a seat that uses a harness to restrain the child. There are seats that so both (like this seat, Graco Nautilus, Britax Frontier, etc) and they are called “Harness-to-booster” onlinebination seats. It means you use the harness while they’re little, THEN you can use it as a booster. But you never use it as both. A “harness booster” simply doesn’t exist.

        Thank you, Jess! You are correct. I was mixing up the really high weight limit of 90lbs extended 5-point harnessed weight of the Britax Frontier which to me, *looks* like a booster. My eyes and brain are a jumbled mess from all these seat stats. 😵

        I ended up getting a Frontier because my son has been stuck at 41lbs for 18 months and I want him to stay harnessed as long as possible.

          Wanted to add that I’m having to get a new seat bc his MyRide65 expired! I never expended to have such a light-weight kid. 🤔 I thought at 5.5 years old, he’d weigh more and I thought his seat had another year before it expired! Grrr

    This carseat is amazing! My baby has used it since she was a newborn, and now she’s 7 weeks old. I love that it onlinees with two cup holders. I use them for little things (like her pacifier) right now. I love that with a pull of a button, i can adjust the height of her seatbelt. I dont have to worry about unhooking the straps.

    Did not work. I mean, it is a great deal, but they cannot expected that people who have children have time to be the first ones to see this in order to get the 15% off. I mean, i have a 9 month old anf I really need this carseat, but I was only able to see this at 6:30 pm. It ended up costing 198 with taxes. Screw that! Very disappointed!
