   I tried to download several coupons the Persil, Palmolive,tide and they don’t appear at red machine not even on register only that I download them – same thing happen on my daughters cvs card

  Sent Manuf coupon offers will not print out when you scan your card at the red box (only the CVS personalized offers & weekly ad crt offers). The cashier also cannot see which digital q offers are sent to your card. On their screen it just pops up a question like ‘have all coupons been scanned’, (in reference to paper manuf q’s, cvs q’s & eb’s). After they hit yes, then all dq’s will apply. Just like paper q’s, digital q’s might be miscoded. There are issues with the Tide dq, and only 1 or 2 scents work with it (I don’t know which ones since I didn’t do the deal, but read about the issues on another blog). Persil seems to only work on the Original scent, not Fresh. And I read the Palmolive dq is only working on the green bottle (even though all the bottles say ultra!)

   I always thought the app worked straight to my card…today the laundry soap coups loaded did not onlinee off. So…do I need to show my phone to the clerk to have her scan the barcode? Thanks

  Hmm, You can always let the cashier and manager know that you have clipped an offer that should be applying to your transaction. If they are not able to help, be sure to call in to customer service for further assistance in grabbing your offers – 1-800-746-7287.

  Hi Luv2save2…go into Savings, Find the Deals & Rewards “button”, go to “household” and scroll down. You’ll find the coupon there. Touch where it says “send to card”. Hope this helps you.

   Tried to use my app coupon on this purchase and it didn’t work. Just left without it since I was in a hurry. May try again.
