   My son is tall and skinny. We always buy slims, but they have to have the pull tabs to make them smaller. I’ve bought these for a couple of years now and they always work well for him. At his size 14, most jeans I look at in the stores don’t have the pull tabs anymore. He can still wear a size 8, but needs 14’s for the length and we can usually get these jeans to work for him.

   These are such cute, stylish jeans but the quality is awful. Bought a pair and the first time he wore them, he had a hole in the knee. I’ve found crazy 8 jeans hold up in the knees.

   I really hate to poo poo on a sale, but their denim is such AWFUL quality now. It was reliable and decent (and a good value!) for years, but every pair I bought my 8yo ripped!!!!!! (And he is not super hard on his jeans). We didn’t have one pair last longer than 3 months 🙁 Target has jeans around this price and they are holding up great!!!!

  Ditto on the Cat and Jack brand! My 4 year old is tough on Jean’s and TCP used to be great (old style from garage sale are still good quality) but now they RIP out right away. Done with it….Cat and Jack has the 1 year warranty also. I just watch for sales. We’ll need a few b4 school starts.

   I have 4 boys, they only wear TCP jeans, and we’ve never had issues with them ripping. I resell them every season, no issues. In fact, all of their pants and shorts onlinee from TCP, and quality is awesome. I just stocked up with my 25% off birthday code!

   I’ve had a similar situation as many of the previous onlinementers. We used to get a whole year out of TCP jeans before they showed any significant signs of wear. Last year we had holes around the pockets within a handful of wears, and my son is was not rough on the jeans since he has designated school and play clothes, and these were for school. Very disappointing since I really liked the fit of these. Customer service didn’t give a hoot when I contacted them with my concerns.

   I love these jeans for my daughter. She has always needed the plus sizing in the jeans for that little extra room without the extra length before moving up to the next size. TCP jeans have always fit her well. We always stock up on the jeans when they do the $7.99 sale prior to school starting.

   I LOVE their button free jeans for my preschooler!! My favorite! I need new sizes for this fall and I was just waiting for them to go on sale. Bought 3 pairs! Thanks! I’ve never had any issues with holes!
