$1 McDonald’s Sandwich EVERY Day Thru September 30th (Just Use Your Phone)

Once a day through September 30th, McDonald’s is offering a $1 Sandwich (excludes Signature Crafted Recipe Sandwiches and Double Quarter Pounder) when you show the coupon in your app or use mobile order and pay at a participating McDonald’s.

Just open the app and click on “View Deals” to find your offers.

I see LOTS of cheap lunches in my future!

Also, be sure to check your McDonald’s app for additional offers like $3 off a $10 order, Free Hash Browns with purchase of any breakfast sandwich, and more! Note that select offers are valid once per week and may vary by region.

If you haven’t already, head here and download the free McDonald’s app. Once downloaded, click “View Deals” to choose your favorite offer. Then customize your mobile order, apply your coupon, and pay! They don’t make your order until you arrive at the restaurant and check in with your app.

Problem is the app never works for me. Iv never been able to load it and pull up coupons…🤷🏼‍♂️

It helps to turn off the wi-fi on our phones before we get to the restaurant because it keep trying to hit their wi-fi and will not load.

Oh bummer! I had troubles with if for a while too. I find it to work better for me now that I have deleted and reinstalled it. Hoping that helps!

I could never load the coupons unless i was at the mcdonalds. I couldnt click on it when at home

I had problems with the app then realized I had to go into my iPhone settings and data and move the dot over to allow data for the McDonalds app and suddenly everything worked. Ended up doing it for Subway, etc. Hope this helps.

My app works amazing at home but not so much when I get there. I’ve started taking a screen shot of the coupon code before I go! Win! Also, I’ve got my husband using the app too! Another win!!

That’s what I’m eating, right now. I was a little iffy, about going, even for $1, because they seemed to be using those regular hamburger patties, on the Quarter Pounders. At least, that’s how they seemed, as thin as they were. I hadn’t ordered one, since before they started with the fresh beef patties. The one today, was thick and beefy. This one, unlike the previous version, is worth more than $1.

What you do is call and onlineplain letting them know – if it DID happen and you received a smaller patty – the emoyee could’ve not cared, been lazy and not gotten more stock out, none available – then should’ve stated we’re out and substituting, etc. I’m not saying this about you-unless you’re guilty too – but, I’ve seen so many people “air” their onlineplaints online, rather freely AND at times in a mean and nasty way – yet NEVER mention having made contact with management and/or owners to rectify the situation. There are employees who really need to know how important it is to do their job INTENTIONALLY consistently well – if they do NOT want to maintain GOOD quality, then they should be removed. Funny how they’re the ones who seemingly always obtain employment over others. Lower pay rates? Don’t know. Anyway, I ALWAYS speak up – unless there is an extenuating circumstance OR, they’ve been given too many by me. Something else to consider – when you experience good service OR a good product – let them know – especially when regarding a product you’ve purchased. There are times when manufacturers will give you a onlinep for being loyal.

Now THAT’s A good deal! Take a screenshot of the QR code to use in store and save on your phone just in case it goes away at certain locations. That is what I do and it always works.

Mine does too but I think it reloads daily. They did this last summer and it was supposed to last several weeks but they ended the promo quite early!

I agree with Katie…eat authentic (even if it’s going to a european grocery store and getting simple pic nic food)! We actually instituted a rule in our family that when we are traveling (even in the states) we MUST eat somewhere that we can’t get at home (the only time we break the rule is if we are too hangry to find something, but since we created the rule that has only happened once!!)

I have to pull up the coupons while at home they never work when I am close to MCD’s but also if you guys have the survey on your receipts they will take both deals. Its a bogo survey takes maybe a min to fill out. I always use my phone and receipt to get super cheap lunch. 🙂 The receipt will bogo two different items can’t stack with the app deal. Hope that makes sense.

I have tried using both a receipt coupon and an app offer and was told you can only use one per order. I wouldn’t count on it working with both. But I have to say I have had many many free teas in the last several months. I especially like when they hand me the receipt after I only ordered a free tea. They’re not supposed to but often they do. So I get a free tea from a free tea. Win win!!!

Do you have to turn on location services to check in?

I keep location services turned off because I find it to be an invasion of privacy and just creepy to leave it on. Most apps don’t actually need it to do what I want it to do, despite the permissions they ask for. I could just as easily choose a location from a list after entering a zip code. I hate doing it, but Smoothie King is the only app that I turn it on for. I then turn it off immediately after my QR code is scanned.

I just got a Big Mac and my husband got a Quarter pounder with cheese, each $1.06! We just loaded the apps on our phones today and the codes scanned in just fine using their wi-fi I, assume. I did not have to turn on my data either. I am excited about this new deal, Thx Hip To Save!!!

I first went to Deals in the app, and added the $1 sandwich to my mobile order. Then I tried selecting the location/ time, and it said non of my nearby locations were participating, I had to start over each time. I’d rather have Mcdonalds use my location, and NOT display a really good offer that I can’t take advantage of. When the app first came out, that is how it worked.

The best bargain for the $1 sandwiches are the Big Mac and the quarter pounder with cheese.
When they ran the $1 sandwich deal earlier this deal, I took full advantage of it and got the limited Grand Mac. That was a good deal.

Not a Mcds fan but love their app. I love the McCafe coupons. Even thought I’m not a fan, I may have to take advantage of these coupons in their app cause they are awesome.

I just downloaded the app because I seen this $1 sandwich deal HOW AWESOME but guess what it’s not one of my “deals_ I’m confused I’m thinking everybody wld have gotten it?? I have 5 deals all expire in 4 days but this isn’t one of thm anything I could/should do? I’d be very very grateful if someone has an answer #n

I think I saw a 20 piece chicken nuggets for $4.99 in my app, is that a good price? Also, there is always a $3/$10 popping up daily, I am loving this new toy! My friend and I just got BOGO Frappes for $3.69 for both AND I just tried their new COLD BREW variety and it is awesome! TRY IT!

This deal can only be used once a week now. If you redeem it, the offer won’t show up on your app again until the next week. I guess maybe they got a bigger response than they counted on for the daily deal. Bummer….

Have only had the $1 sandwich deal appear on my phone 3-4 times in the whole time that this deal has been available!
Called McD’s & they had me clear app’s cache & then clear data, Still did not work!
Anyone call BS? It’s like they want the PR Boost but not the actual deal to work.

I live in Northern Virginia. The offer appeared on my McDonalds app for a while — and it did say that it would be good through Sept. 30. But it now has been removed and has not been there for several days. In my opinion, this seems to be misleading advertising.
