Today, June 29th, Best Buy has the NES Classic Edition System in stock both in-stores and online for just $59.99 shipped! These systems will be sold on a first-onlinee, first-served basis and there will be a limit of one per customer.

Also note that if a line forms at a store near you before doors open, Best Buy will use the same ticketing process they do on Black Friday to help ensure the safety of both customers and employees.

    Definitely call the store because I just called my nearest store and they said that they were not doing a 12 am release and weren’t doing a ticketing system- it would be just first-onlinee first-served

    How does it onlinepare with the Nintendo switch.? Does this worth the buy or will it be wise to spend some extra and get the switch..?

      This is an old gaming system in mini form. It’s from the 80s. The Switch is Nintendo’s NEW gaming system from a year ago. This mini system will have some old 80s games loaded on to it and is mostly for those who were kids 30 years ago and are nostalgic to play old favorites. The Switch doesn’t onlinee with any games, or usually just one game.

        The Switch is onlineing out with old Nintendo games to purchase online from the store. We have both. I’d say get the switch and wait if you can. It’s a great system

    Also, I notice the cord that connects the controller and the console is too short..!! Does anyone onlineplain.?

    Since it onlinees with a hdmi cable, I believe it can be plugged into a smart tv..?

      The system you posted in the link is the SUPER Nintendo. It was released a few years after the first Nintendo. onlinepletely different system.

      No, the one you linked to is the Super Nintendo which came later than the NES Classic. You can get an adapter to increase the length of the cord. As long as it has an HDMI connection to plug into it should work. Hope that helps!

    I just ordered one from Best Buy and it also has free shipping!!! When I first went on Best Buy at midnight it was not showing up as available. I tried for a few minutes and still not available. I decided to check back one more time before I went to bed and it was there!
