  I’ve heard the 16th -17th. It’s supposed to last 36 hours this year (don’t quote me) but that’s what I heard this morning.

   Prime Day might actually be July 17th. Amazon briefly posted a banner on the UK site saying that Prime Day was going to be July 17th. One article I read suggested the delay could be due to the World Cup. Amazon does Prime Day in multiple countries. Alot of people would be focused on the World Cup instead of Amazon if Prime Day was July 10th. The World Cup closing ceremony is July 15th.

  The Fire Stick wasn’t included last year in the US. It was included in at least one other country. I don’t remember which country.

  I bought my kids the kindle fire tablets during a previous deal and I really regret it. Two out of four won’t charge, and amazon says it’s “past the warranty date” (8 months later…?). I have nothing but trouble concerning storage space, apps shutting down, and Freetime glitches. I wish I had just forked out the money for an iPad instead.

  How odd. My son broke his screen a few months after I got it and they replaced it, received it in 2 days. They’re warranty says you have 2 yrs if there’s any issue and they’ll replace it. Maybe you should try calling again.

  I read one lady had a similar outonlinee and Amazon contacted her later letting her know that it was handled wrong and they fixed it accordingly. I would contact them again. I have 2 and one wont turn on. I am sending it in to be fixed orreplaced. I would fight it if they refused.

   I really hope it’s going to be July 10th, not the 16-17th. My Prime membership expires on the 15th and I’m not going to be renewing! I was hoping to take advantage of one last Prime Day.

    Why are they still trying to make Prime Day happen? It’s the most disappointing over-hyped sales day. Amazon only controls the prices of the products under their brand, and the rest of the “deals” are usually rebranded generic Chinese manufactured garbage. Sorry but this is not a win.

  Maybe on some things but last year I bought Echo Dots for my niece and nephews for Xmas on Prime Day for $30. At Xmas time they were all over for $25. 🙁

    Start checking prices the week before for the things you want because sometimes they’re cheaper before the actual day.
