Your program is too convoluted. Do I earn 1 center or 10 cents? Do I get a discount off each purchase or do I only earn until the next purchase. But wait there is a maximum of the number of gallons being 20 gallons. Oh, how does that work, I earn 1 cent per 10 gallons or 10 cents per gallon for 100 gallons? So does that determination of how much per gallon set based on per fill-up, day, week, month, billing cycle? And those discounts expire after 365 days. So what you are saying is they are your points and I may or may not get them. Not to mention the deck is heavily stacked against me. Casino anyone? Way too confusing to fool with. Nothing with your rewards program has ever been worth fooling with. I only buy BP when the price is lower than anyone else, why? Because, I will know what I am getting. A real rewards program works like Mapco or Shell. I pull up, I enter my rewards number, the pump then rolls the price back from 2.50 to 2.45. Great now I know I am saving exactly 5 cents per gallon. I am not going to waste my time trying to maximize a program that requires I fuel a full 20 gallons per fill in order to redeem all my value or loose it. Remember, most vehicles have tanks of between 14 and 18 gallons, so unless you bring two cars you will never redeem maximum value and will always loose something. Whether this is a BP created scam or a Synchrony created scam, both of you are onlineplacent in the active attempt to fool people into believing they are receiving something they actually cannot ever receive. Not worth my time or anyone else. onlinee up with a straight forward program and you will earn my business and many others who know how to do accounting.
