  Darn! Sorry to hear you’re having problems. Target’s price match policy states that “manufacturer’s coupons will be applied after a price match is made”, though Cartwheels and Target coupons are excluded. Maybe try showing them the price match policy found here. Hope that helps!

  Chattanooga, TN store won’t do both. Most of the time our customer service desk is VERY unfriendly. I hate it because it’s my favorite place to shop besides Kohl’s!
