   I tried the $4.99 sampler box a couple of months ago and to my surprise, I ended up liking these cookies! I thought since it was onlineing through the mail, the cookies would be hard and stale, but they were soft and buttery!!! Yay! Lol. Now I have to figure out how to use the $10 reward card!

  Yeah, it seems they are not valid on certain sales or specials. Be sure to try a full priced item. Also, you can always contact customer service with any issues – 1-800-443-8124

  yeah, no one should get one of these Cheryl’s deals for the reward card. they are hard to use. mine came with a fast expiration date, and can never apply to what i want to order. even if the items in my cart are NOT clearance, it can’t work with 2 regular priced item in cart plus a sale item, for example. probably only work on full-priced items with full shipping applied.

  $1 each is a good deal for these. I’ve found in the past the best deal was with the cookie club monthly auto shipping, cancel anytime.

  I like the store bought sugar cookies too but think Cheryl’s are better. The best part is, they’re individually wrapped so they don’t get stale or hard.

    In my opinion, If you like the Loft cookies in the store, you won’t like these. These cookies are a lot less sweet than the Loft cookies in the store. They did arrive fresh and they looked pretty, good amount of frosting (but not sweet enough). I Didnt like these cookies at all. The sugar cookie had no taste, so bland. Three family
    Members tried a cookie and didn’t like it. I will take the Loft cookies over these any day. If you like a sweet cookie Don’t get these. Just my opinion.

    I can’t buy these anymore. . . because I eat them all! They are wonderful! So good its hard to eat just one. They freeze really well also, not that I usually have any left to freeze. Lol. Go ahead and get the 24ct, I only buy them in sale or get the auto shipping (best deal), so the rewards don’t work.

  I hate to admit it, but I feel the same way! I’m a sugar cookie lover, and once I tried these I was immediately addicted! My kids didn’t even get to try a bite of one from the first order I placed. They’ve never made it to the freezer, because I ate the 24pk of them all within a few days. I’m ashamed to admit that, but wanted to let others know they can be addicting 😬

    I bought a Groupon once for Cheryl’s cookies and wasn’t impressed. It could only be used on certain items and it was like a $10 off $30 deal, and the cookies were all $29.99, which you couldn’t use the coupon on, even if you added anothe cookie or card or anything. It was super frustrating and I ended up still spending a bunch. Then when they were delivered there was no card or message.

    I have loved Cheryl’s Cookies since I was a child and they had a store at the local mall. The store is long gone and I was excited to try them again via mail order. While they are every bit as delicious as I remember, the buying process and poor customer service will keep me from purchasing again. As previously mentioned, the Groupons are very difficult to redeem and pricing usually forces you to spend more than you intended and negates the savings. Shipping time is extremely long for certain geographic regions and made it impossible to send them as a get well gift. Scheduling a specific delivery date for a gift is meaningless because they don’t adhere to your chosen date and argue that shipping variances mean they will arrive within a three day window around your chosen delivery date. Customer service was difficult to work with and provided non answers and inonlineplete solutions to my continued problems. To top it all off, two separate deliveries arrived with a third of the cookies broken. I hope others have a better experience, but just a warning that it might be a headache!

  Also, the Rewards Cards are useless. They have vague wording for what is and isn’t included and asking for clarification via phone and email just got a verbatim reiteration of what was on the card. On principle, I wasted half an hour trying to get it to apply to various onlinebinations, even regularly priced large orders, and it never worked! Just a friendly warning; I hope others have better luck because they are addictingly delicious cookies!
