Has anyone done the grill deal posted earlier this week? I did not get my points after the pickup. I sent them an email but haven’t heard back.

The reason I do not shop Sears (and Kmart) is exactly this – confusing points deals, glitchy website, unhelpful customer service. No matter how good the deals. Ever. Tried a few times. Regretted. Stopped.

Me too. I never get the points even after following the instructions and buying the same items in the scenarios given.

I shop at Sears so much, I find it odd when people say they have problems getting points and cancelled orders, glitchy sites, ect. I’ve never had an issue. Except one if my items had a rip in it from a box cutter and they promptly took care of it.

I love SYW/ Sears points offers. I have done many deals with little or no issue. The few times I’ve had an issue CS was more than willing to help. I have done so many deals. (Including the above mentioned dea) I’ve reached VIP gold status as of today. I have gotten so many free items from using points. I would be so disappointed if they ever go out of business or discontinue this program.

I agree with everything you said!!. I’ve only had issues twice and they were quick to fix them. Would be sad also when they close. I also have switched to shopping at Kmart more than target to give them the business. I’m already in their spending points so I just pick up other stuff I need while I’m in the store.
