Here’s what Hip2Save readers have to say about Amazon Fresh…

I received my order this morning and I didn’t even hear the delivery driver. My order was delivered sometime before 5am and everything was packaged really well. The produce I purchased looked amazing and my meat was cold. Nothing was crushed or damaged. It was an incredibly easy experience and one I won’t hesitate to use again!

I don’t use the service all the time, but it’s great on occasion when you are moving or onlineing back from vacation! I could also see it being used around the holidays when you don’t want to fight the crowds at the store. The delivery drivers were extremely quiet when they came early in the morning, the cold food was kept much cooler than if I had picked it up myself and the meat was well packaged.

I just received my order this morning and every thing looked great! No bruises on the apples and no signs of the produce being old. I would not hesitate to order again.

If Only these Fresh deliver service would be available outside major Metro Cities ALREADY!! I think it’s a great idea & have for the past several years, since they started. However, I don’t live within 5-10 minutes of several grocery stores & these services are only available to people who do. I believe their customer base would grow considerably if they’d widen the delivery area. It could be such a life changer for disabled, homebound, sick or elderly people who have difficulty leaving the house.

This deal looks great, but where DO they deliver? I tried my zipcode, several relative’s zip codes, even the zip for our vacation rental in Myrtle Beach. No luck.

I wonder if Fresh is not doing so well…. it used to be available in my city, and now it’s not

I have used this service in Dallas. The food was always fresh and service showed up on time. I could no longer justify spending 14.99 a month for the service because I would still end up going to the store for something they didn’t carry or the price of meat was way too much. I started with a deal like this and paired it with some of the deals/sales they had for the week. It made for a nice savings.

I dropped fresh because too many items that I was ordering suddenly became unavailable and they never got them back in stock yet almost 6 months after I dropped them, I was also being limited on items and water bottles wouldn’t make it in the truck for some reason and I had a lot of crushed and dented items, at first they were really good but went downhill after a few months, Giant’s Peapod service is much better and without an extra monthly fee!

Doesnt deliver in Orlando, Fl or Kissimmee, Fl😔

I am thinking of trying it, but have a few questions: do you tip the driver and how much? They have some ridiculous deals like $0.01 Gerber pouches and there’s nothing there about limits but has anyone run into limits so far?

On the $.01 baby food there was a limit of three each. On the other $.25 deals that they occasionally have there is a limit of 1.

I never tipped, I never even saw the driver to make it possible to tip. They just quietly left them on my doorstep
