Has anyone purchased from this website that can give feedback?

    • AmandaN

I have purchased two pairs and they were both great, no issues.

    • Jess

I ordered a pair on Mar. 22nd, they still haven’t been shipped out!!!

    • Sylvie

I purchased single vision, came out perfect, and the frames are so beautiful

    • Julie Gardner

I had a very negative experience with the customer service and their return policy is not good. I lost a bunch of money and I should have known better than to order glasses online. Too good to be true, in my opinion.

Ebates has 6% off right now.

I am getting a shipping fee for 4.95$ plus a handling fee for 4.95$ anyone else having this problem?

    • Amber (Hip2Save Sidekick)

Hmm, The anti-glare coating is auto-selected for a $4.95 fee. I’m wondering if that might be the charge you are seeing? Be sure to uncheck that box if you do not wish to add that upgrade to your order. Hoping that helps!

Purchased bifocals a month ago…did not like the quality of the glasses and lenses. My prescription did not turn out correctly. I’ve used Zenni Optical before, mulitple times, with great success. Also, take a look at their return policy…you only get 50 percent back if you don’t like them. I wouldn’t reonlinemend them at all.

  6. Sylvia

Purchased single vision and I am very happy with the quality, the frames are beautiful and so cheap, would highly reonlinemend

  7. Stephanie

I was unable to use the BOGO on sale/clearance lenses, BUT the ones I picked out were $6.95/ pair down from $19.99. So, I grabbed 2 anyways and got 2 pairs of glasses shipped for $18.85.

Does anyone know if you can use this deal with 2 different prescriptions? I was wanting to get my kids a pair as back ups. Thank you

    • Catherine

I bought 2 pairs, one for my prescription, one for my hubby, it can work.

  9. Lori

I also had a problem with a return, took 12 emails and a letter to finally get a full refund, minus shipping and handling.

Hi all! Just an FYI – I noticed that an $8.95 “extra fee” kept popping up when I went to customize my glasses. Per the online chat tool, I was told: “The $8.95 processing fee appear when your Pd is too small for the frame or your Rx is beyond the corrective capacity of 1.50 standard single vision lenses. In both cases, additional lab work is required for manufacturing your lenses.”
