  I got that too. Looks like shipping is free over $49. Luckily, I had other stuff I needed to buy so I just added those to my order for the free shipping.

  Hi there! The $1.99 Fee for “secure shipping” is included in the purchase price whether or not you grab it for shipping Or in store pick up. Your price for the card will not change. Hoping that helps!
