Costco shoppers!

If you’re following a keto diet or just trying to cut down on the carbs you eat, here are three of my favorite Keto friendly deals that I grabbed at Costco this week. A couple of them are regular priced items that are great deals anytime!

*Note that prices may vary by location.

Kirkland Signature Bacon Crumbles, Large 20oz Bag
ONLY $10.99 – just 55¢ per ounce!
-Love having this on hand to add to eggs, salads, and to throw into all kinds of recipes!

Kirkland Signature Blanched Almond Flour, Large 3lb Bag
ONLY $11.69 for 3lbs (48 oz) – just $3.90 per pound!
-This is a great price per pound! As a onlineparison, Amazon has a 32oz bag priced at $11.72. And the prices in-store are often even higher!
-Don’t know what to make with almond flour? You’ve GOT TO try this Fathead dough! It’s AMAZING.

Kirkland Signature Protein Bars 20ct – deal valid thru 4/18
ONLY $11.99 after $6 Instant Savings – just 60¢ per bar!
-I love having these on hand for my hangry teenager and hubby! 😉

They also have a bag of Parmesan crisps that are great for Keto snacking!

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

Yes, I LOVE those too! So good!

  2. JA

Do your kids follow Keto too? Or do they just happen to like the bars?

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

My oldest, who’s 16, does tend to eat on the low carb side, but my other two definitely like their carbs! 😉

  3. LEM

Those protein bars are yummy! (Well..the chocolate brownie & choc.chip cookie dough ones at least). We tried the newer cinnamon roll & PB ones on our last trip and they are NOT good. Much softer and grainier texture.

  4. Stosh

I checked those bacon crisps tons of chemicals in them that’s why you don’t have to refrigerate them but macadamia nuts are back and they are roasted!

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

Yum! I LOVE their macadamia nuts!

  5. Kathleen

Be aware, if you need to be gluten free for medical reasons such as Celiac, that most of these products are not safe for those needing to be medically necessarily gluten free because of cross contact with gluten during processing

  6. Julie

Wow, awesome price for almond flour. At that price, maybe I can actually cook with it, instead of hiding it in the pantry for a “special dish”, lol.

Instead of criticising Bill Denny’s writing and grammar (are you a snob or just enjoy picking on others so you can feel superior?) just onlineprehend the content. What he says is right.

    • cat

Right? I always buy a small amount in the bulk section for something special than either forget about it and have to throw away or every recipe I find calls for much more than I bought lol.

  7. Joy Watson

I love the rotesary chicken , only $4.99!!! Cheapest in town & so yummy !!!!

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

Yes, I agree – LOVE their chicken!

  8. Kris

What exactly is the keto diet?

  9. Eric

And don’t forget the Premier Protein shakes. Those are the only reason I started and was able to keep doing keto. Between those shakes, the protein bars, the cheese whisps, and their nuts, there’s no way I could’ve suck with keto without Costco!

  10. karenthrower

What department are the Parmesan crisps located.

    • Eric

Up front by the nuts and popcorn. I can run in and grab nuts, popcorn, protein bars, protein shakes, and the cheese crisps all in that front section and not even walk the store! It’s great.

  11. Tanya

Wow………this just made my day. I’m beginning Keto and was struggling with…….what do I do for snacks?

  12. Dawn

I thought their ceased salad was good Keto as well? Especially the individual chicken one you get at the front? I don’t eat it every day because salad does have some carbs, but I thought it worked? Lol that’s what my husband said

  13. Dawn

Also the oikos yogurt packs! I love strawberry, my hubby loves peach and my 20-year old son loves the mixed berry so that works for us!

  14. Danielle

The almond flour is high quality and the cheapest price you can find anywhere. I use it in my macarons and they are always flawless. They work beautifully in pancakes and waffles.

This post is REALLY making me regret picking up a Sam’s Club membership. Thanks for the reonlinemendations!

    • GotItTogetherish

You could always shop Costco online, or Costco through Google Express, or ask someone you know to pick you up a Costco cash card so that you don’t need the membership to shop.

  16. Kristy

Ha! Was just at Costco today and they had those protein bars as a sample. Can’t believe how low they are in sugar!! I grabbed some with the $6 off!

    • GotItTogetherish

      Wondering if they were good???

  17. Queenjen87

I’m just doing protein right now. About 50 carbs per day. Day 5 of 7 then back on weight watchers lol
