   I subscribed a couple of months ago and am waiting on my fall issue to arrive. It has been on the newsstands for a while now. Shouldn’t those who subscribe have received it by now?

   My mother purchased a 1 year subscription to Pioneer Woman for me for my birthday. Up to this date I have received 3 issues and am expecting at least one more issue.

   My mom paid in full by personal check at the time she placed the order using a coupon from a magazine. The check was for $15.00 and her name is Hazel Hinkle. The check cleared her account in April 2018.

   The problem is that now I have personally received 2 invoices (the second one came yesterday) for $18.00. I have not placed any subscriptions for The Pioneer Woman magazine so I do not understand this. Needless to say I will not pay it since I didn’t order it and the subscription my mother ordered for me has already been paid for on 03/31/2018. Please resolve this issue and send me confirmation at the above email address that this has been taken care of. Thank you.

   I received a invoice for 18.00 and a not so nice note at the bottom of the page. I have paid until Feb. of 19′ for my magazine. This did leave a bad taste in my mouth, I would think you have records showing when our subscription are due.

   I am like the above respondents. I notified you back in the summer that I was tired of waiting for my first subscription and I did not want it now! Quick sending me invoices for it because you are just wasting your time! I am really disappointed because I love to watch her and use her recipes; however, you are giving her a bad name, because of the way you are treating me and these other respondents.
