Kroger fans! Have you heard the news?

Kroger recently announced they’re expanding their partnership with Instacart to increase its home delivery coverage area in 2018. That means this cool grocery delivery service could be headed to your town, if it’s not already. Kroger currently delivers from more than 872 stores across the country and it offers 1,091 curbside pickup locations with plans to add 500 new locations in 2018.

If you’re lucky enough to live in one of these 45 markets, you already have access to home delivery through Instacart and other delivery partners. SWEET!

Was actually thinking of working for them!! I love shopping and very particular on picking the best produce and meats so this would be perfect for me

  2. Desi314

I did this last weekend, very convenient but they don’t do the “no charge for replacement” items like clicklist and somehow 19 things I needed were out of stock….

  3. Cathy

Wonder if we need to tip this kind of service?

  4. Mebo

My colleague used this service last week for the first time and was really upset when Instacart charged her account 3 times for different amounts. Then her groceries arrived and was missing more than half the stuff for being out of stock so she had to go to the store to get it anyway. They told her it will take 2 weeks to credit her account.

Safeway offers delivery or instacart. My friends say that it’s a lot cheaper to do Safeway delivery & food still fresh.

I tried this and would never do it again. First, they did not honor ANY of my smiths ecoupons. Apparently, they are run separately. I attempted to call customer service and they said they don’t honor smiths coupons? AS others have mentioned, they were out off of SO many things and don’t substitute. i ended up having to go to the store anyway. Very dissatisfied but love click list! Plus, paying extra to tip?!? No thanks.

I will never use this service again. It is offered through Publix and Wegmans in my area. First of all, you have to pay to use the service with a monthly or yearly fee after the one free trial. Second, the prices are higher through this service than in store. Lastly, you have to pay a gratuity to the driver. It is exorbitant.

My local kroger in Tx is doing “scan and go” promotion. Its a bit annoying, but I like it…you get a scanner and plenty of (scan and go ) bags enter your id ( account), everything from your Kroger card will load in to the scaner and you are ready to shop…now you have to scan every item you purchase, and bagged right there. There are specific scales for produce and when you finished scan your own scanner into the self service cashier, use coupons off course, pay and done. Basically, you skip the scanning and bagging by doing it while shopping. First 3 shopping trips get $5 off/$35.

I just used this and had a great experience! I thought I had time to head to the store, but got called into work. They were here exactly when they said they would be and had all my products. I went through publix. Happy to see they do costco as well!

Yup their service is bad, most of the items were out of stock and one of the frozen items was expired! Utterly disappointed with this service

I tried to use instacart awhile back i signed up and they wouldnt accept my debit card from social security. They considered it a prepaid card. Its not. I tried to get them to help me a few times. I felt like i was begging them to take my business. Still makes me upset.

  12. Elle

I work for Instacart full time. In Richmond, VA Shipt delivers for Kroger.

  13. Kyliejay!

    How cool!

  14. Amanda

I love Kroger but don’t like instacart, so this is so disappointing!

  15. KetaKoya87

Reviews don’t seem so good…think I’d rather stick to ClickList & take a few minutes to pick up my items vs having to go in store anyway to get out of stock items that weren’t available

I have a friend that wants to have food deliverd to his home, and can’t find the right site can you help me.

  17. Vanessa

Instacart is great (I’m in San Diego) and I use it for Sprouts Farmers Market. Non-Costco members can also order items through Instacart! Save $10 off your first order through this link https://inst.cr/t/zuFVRd4jw
